After a disappointing experience with a previous designer, our clients needed a functional, elevated refresh to their family room that suited their lifestyle.

Our client loves to entertain—some 20 or 30 for Thanksgiving, for example—so our design for the Mayo Woodlands Cottage prioritized both elegance and practicality while reflecting the family’s roots in farming and influence in the local community.

We designed a family room for our client that is versatile and features a durable faux leather ottoman, a sleeper sofa for guests, and furnishings—all pet-friendly—that complement their grand English cottage.
